Club Cross Country Championship Races 2006/2007

Below is the full fixture list of the races for the 2006/2007 cross country season and comprises of all of the races in both the
Oxford Mail Cross Country League and the Wessex Cross Country League as well as the Berks, Buck & Oxon, the Oxfordshire County,
the Southern and the National Cross Country Championships.
Please also note that the club championship series comprises 9 races all of which will count towards each competitor's final championship standing.
The races which count towards the club championships standings are marked in bold below.

Oxford Mail Cross Country League
The Oxford Mail Cross Country League consists of five races, one on the first Sunday of each month between November and March. Races for the
younger age groups are from 10:00am, followed by the women's run (approx. 2.5 miles) usually at 11:10am. Men approx. 5 miles at 11:40am. Runners
score for team points and the scores are cumulative over the season. Individual scores are also tallied and each runner must complete 4 races to count.
Please Note:
- Race numbers will be used for the 2006-2007 season (no discs). All runners (all age groups) will be required to wear a race number, assigned
to them by their team manager.
- Should any club competitor or parent need to raise any issue or matter with an official they must with the club's nominated representative on
the day who will then liaise with the race meeting's officials as required. If you need any further information regarding this procedure you should
contact Paul Jégou by email.
- At the last fixture in Banbury the men's race will start at 11:10am and the women's race will start at 12:00 noon to allow for an earlier
presentation.
